Shipping Policy

Processing and Delivery Estimates

Processing and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout or provided in order communications when available. Timing can vary based on product availability, destination, carrier operations, holidays, weather, and the shipping option selected. Any delivery date is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.

Shipping Options and Rates

Available shipping services, destinations, and charges are calculated and displayed at checkout for the specific order. An expedited, overnight, free-shipping, or international option is available only when it appears at checkout.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address associated with the order after shipment. Carrier scans and delivery updates may take time to appear.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if an address correction is needed. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment.

Shipping Delays

If we cannot ship within a time represented to you, we will provide notice and the options required by applicable law, which may include consenting to a revised shipment date or canceling the affected order for a prompt refund.

Return Policy

Return Window and Eligibility

Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Unused and unopened products are generally eligible for review. Eligibility for opened products is determined case by case. Please read our complete Refund Policy before purchasing.

How to Request a Return

  2. Include your order number, the item involved, and the reason for the request.
  3. Wait for return instructions before sending a product.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Contact us promptly if an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging when applicable. We will review the request and provide the appropriate next steps under the Refund Policy and applicable law.
