How We Use Research
We prioritize systematic reviews, meta-analyses, randomized trials, scientific position stands, and authoritative references. We do not treat a single favorable study as proof, and we do not turn ingredient research into a claim that an entire finished formula has been clinically proven.

In adults 60+, the COSMOS program reported benefits on selected cognitive measures from daily multivitamin/mineral supplementation. This research tested a different multivitamin formulation—not NuTRIent itself.

Research results depend on dose, ingredient form, duration, population, diet, training status, baseline nutrient status, and individual response. A study on an ingredient or supplement category should not be read as proof that every finished TF Labs product will produce the same outcome.
