This Legal Notice & Website Disclaimer (the “Notice”) applies to https://tf-labs.com and related webpages, content, communications, and online services operated by TF Labs LLC (collectively, the “Site”). In this Notice, “TF Labs,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to TF Labs LLC.

By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge this Notice. This Notice supplements our Terms of Service and other published policies. If this Notice conflicts with a product label, product-specific warning, checkout disclosure, or other policy, the more specific disclosure controls for that subject, and applicable law controls in every instance.

Nothing in this Notice limits any right, warranty, remedy, duty, or liability that cannot lawfully be waived or restricted.

2. Dietary-Supplement Disclaimer

TF Labs offers dietary supplements intended to support general nutrition, fitness, wellness, recovery, or performance, as described on the applicable product page and label.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

This Site-wide statement is supplemental. It does not replace any claim-specific disclaimer, symbol, placement, formatting, or other disclosure required on a product label, product page, advertisement, or other labeling or promotional material.

TF Labs does not represent that a dietary supplement is approved by the Food and Drug Administration. A reference to manufacturing standards, facility registration, testing, regulatory compliance, or an individual ingredient does not mean that the FDA has approved a finished TF Labs dietary-supplement product or verified its effectiveness.

3. No Medical Advice or Healthcare Relationship

Site content—including product descriptions, ingredient information, research summaries, articles, graphics, videos, answers to frequently asked questions, reviews, and testimonials—is provided for general informational and commercial purposes. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, or individualized advice from a physician, pharmacist, registered dietitian, or other appropriately licensed healthcare professional.

Accessing the Site, purchasing a product, or communicating with TF Labs does not create a physician-patient, clinician-patient, pharmacist-patient, dietitian-client, emergency-services, fiduciary, or other professional healthcare relationship.

4. Product Use and Safety

Before using any product, carefully read the complete physical label, including the Supplement Facts panel, ingredient list, allergen or facility statement, serving size, directions, warnings, lot information, and expiration or best-by information. Follow the current physical product label if it differs from general Site content.

Consult an appropriate licensed healthcare professional before using a dietary supplement, especially if you:

Are pregnant, nursing, attempting to become pregnant, or under 18;
Have a medical condition, allergy, or sensitivity;
Take prescription medication, over-the-counter medication, or another dietary supplement;
Are sensitive to caffeine, stimulants, or another listed ingredient;
Are preparing for surgery, laboratory testing, athletic drug testing, or another medical procedure; or
Are uncertain whether a product or ingredient is appropriate for you.

Do not exceed the labeled serving. Do not combine products in a way that causes you to exceed a labeled amount or a healthcare professional’s instructions. Discontinue use and seek appropriate medical attention if you experience a serious or unexpected reaction.

Product-specific warnings and legally required disclosures remain controlling. This Notice does not replace a warning required by federal, state, or local law.

5. Individual Results and No Outcome Guarantee

Individual responses to dietary supplements vary. Results may depend on factors including age, genetics, health status, medications, diet, training, sleep, consistency, serving size, and proper use.

TF Labs does not promise or guarantee any particular health, wellness, fitness, appearance, weight, strength, recovery, performance, financial, or other result. A product is not defective merely because a customer does not experience a preferred flavor, sensation, or individual outcome, subject to applicable law and our Return, Refund & Replacement Policy.

6. Scientific Research and Ingredient Information

References or links to studies are provided to help explain the research described. Unless expressly and accurately stated, a cited study involving an ingredient, dose, population, formulation, or experimental condition should not be understood as a clinical trial of the finished TF Labs product.

Research findings may be limited, mixed, preliminary, population-specific, dose-specific, or subject to later revision. The existence of a study does not establish that every user will experience the reported result and does not constitute FDA approval of a product or claim.

TF Labs seeks to describe research accurately and in context. Any objective product claim must be interpreted together with its stated qualifications, the applicable label, and the totality of relevant evidence. A disclosure cannot and does not convert an otherwise false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claim into a lawful claim.

7. Testimonials, Reviews, and Endorsements

Testimonials and reviews describe the experience or opinion of the person providing them. They are not guarantees that another person will obtain the same or similar result.

Where required, TF Labs will disclose a material connection, payment, free product, discount, or other incentive associated with an endorsement. A compensated or incentivized review must still reflect the reviewer’s honest opinion and genuine experience.

TF Labs does not authorize reviewers, influencers, affiliates, customers, or other third parties to make disease-treatment claims, guaranteed-results claims, or other statements that TF Labs could not lawfully make itself.

8. Product Information, Images, and Availability

TF Labs makes reasonable efforts to keep product names, descriptions, ingredients, Supplement Facts, directions, warnings, images, pricing, and availability accurate. Packaging, labels, supplier information, or other details may change. Screen settings and photography may also cause colors or appearance to vary.

The current physical product label controls regarding the product actually received. If a label, seal, ingredient list, Supplement Facts panel, or product materially conflicts with what you ordered or with the Site listing, do not use the product and contact tf.labs805@gmail.com promptly.

Products may be modified, restricted, unavailable, or discontinued. Nothing on the Site is an offer where sale or shipment would be unlawful.

9. Third-Party Content and Links

The Site may identify or link to research databases, manufacturers, fulfillment providers, carriers, payment services, social platforms, or other third-party resources. A reference or link is provided for convenience or context and does not necessarily constitute endorsement, sponsorship, affiliation, or adoption of every statement on the third-party resource.

Independent third-party sites are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. TF Labs does not control their unrelated content, availability, security, or practices. This section does not limit responsibility that applicable law places on TF Labs for a service provider acting on our behalf.

10. Intellectual Property and Brand Use

Unless otherwise identified, original Site text, graphics, photographs, videos, page designs, product presentation, and other content are owned by or licensed to TF Labs LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

TF Labs, associated logos, product names, slogans, trade dress, and brand elements may not be copied, altered, used to imply endorsement, or used in counterfeit or unauthorized product listings without prior written permission, except as applicable law permits.

Third-party names, marks, studies, images, and content remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the Site does not transfer ownership to TF Labs.

11. Site Availability and Corrections

TF Labs may correct typographical errors, inaccurate information, broken links, or omissions and may update Site content prospectively. We do not guarantee that the Site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available.

If an error materially affects an order, TF Labs will provide the correction, cancellation opportunity, refund, or other remedy required by applicable law and the policies governing that order. We will not use this section to substitute a materially different product or impose a higher price after purchase without the customer’s informed agreement.

13. Preservation of Consumer Rights

Nothing on the Site—including this Notice, a product disclaimer, or any other policy—excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, violation of law, defective or nonconforming goods, personal injury, or any other matter to the extent liability or a consumer remedy cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

No disclaimer removes TF Labs’ responsibility to make truthful, nonmisleading, and adequately substantiated advertising claims or to provide material safety information required by law.

14. Changes to This Notice

TF Labs may update this Notice prospectively to reflect changes in law, products, Site content, service providers, or business practices. The revised Notice will state a new effective date and will apply after publication.

A revision will not retroactively eliminate a right or remedy that applied to a completed purchase. The Notice and policies in effect when an order was placed generally govern that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.
